First game of the mixed summer league started with a brief from Gill proclaiming “you can glare at umpires”, immediately followed with an umpire brief including the immortal line “if you so much as glare at us you're off”.

Her First goal came from a short corner, “oi injector send it to me”… So, Cal reliably sent it to Gill. However, after some pinball and taking tips from StarBoys Cricket skills Ella hit it like a baseball from two yards out.
Umpires to the rescue (see they do have a positive influence) and an inhaler delivered to our hero of the day much to Romsey’s dismay.
The second half Cal got the brief and sent the Short Corner to Ella. Who took no mercy and scored again. Much like previous players refused to score a third goal to prevent jug buying, no drink driving by US!
No post-match interview today as she was to busy walking Spence through every goal repeatedly. Rumour has it this is still continuing…
