Have a look at our new coaching plan for next season

The following is the plan for the 2024/2025 Season. Noting our membership numbers and that we have exhausted all avenues to get a coach, this is the proposed coaching plan for the new season.

Coaching sessions will be an hour long with the option for people to attend both sessions if they feel they are able to. Sessions will be split with a fitness segment in the middle for 30 mins. Training will happen on Thursday evenings.

If you feel like you don’t know which coaching session suits you best please speak to a member of the committee who can offer you advice.
